California Minimum Wage: For 2010: Computer professionals who meet all California exemption tests must also meet the minimum hourly rate of $37.94; monthly rate of $6,587.50; and annual rate of $79,050. If they meet all of the criteria including salary, they are exempt from overtime. However, they must comply with meal and rest breaks.
Mileage Reimbursement for 2010 : The new IRS standard mileage reimbursement for 2010 is 50 cents.
Federal Minimum Wage:
$7.25 per hour effective 7/24/2009.
